Half-Day First Aid Workshop Overview: Our Half-Day First Aid Workshop is designed to equip you with essential, practical skills for handling medical situations in outdoor environments. Whether you’re exploring the wilderness, attending one of our bushcraft sessions, or simply want to feel more confident in your everyday life, this course will give you the tools to respond effectively in an emergency. What you’ll learn: Fundamental first aid skills for outdoor and everyday use How to assess and prioritise injuries using basic triage techniques Practical treatment methods for bleeding, burns, fractures, and shock How to remain calm and make safe decisions under pressure Injury management in realistic outdoor scenarios Key outcomes: By the end of the workshop, you will: Have the confidence to provide immediate first aid in outdoor situations Understand how to assess and respond to a range of common injuries Gain hands-on experience in realistic, scenario-based training Develop a solid foundation for further first aid or survival training Who it’s for: This course is suitable for beginners and outdoor enthusiasts of all levels. No previous first aid experience is required, just a willingness to learn and get hands-on in the outdoors.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Cancellations made 7 days or more before the session will receive a full refund or credit. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the session are non-refundable, but we will do our best to move you onto a future course if spaces allow. If Tri-Survival must cancel due to weather, safety, or unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule. Please arrive on time and wear appropriate outdoor clothing and sturdy footwear. Safety is our priority – all participants must follow instructor guidance.
